About the Leadership
Matthias and Tabea grew up in Papua New Guinea, and lived and worked in Switzerland before moving to Israel in 2014, to pioneer and establish a new kind of social business, rehabilitating and employing former victims of trafficking. They have three children and together as a family they live in Tel Aviv. Mati has a background in mechanical engineering, crime investigation and pastoral care. Today he is a social entrepreneur. Tabea formerly worked as a travel agent and airliner, and today she is a leader, speaker and author. They founded the NGO Glowbalact, which in turn established Kite.Pride.
