About
Streams in the Desert
Streams in the Desert is a ministry for widows, orphans, and single-parent families located in the Negev. They provide both practical help and spiritual assistance, partnering with God to fill dry places with provision and the love of the Holy Spirit.
Streams in the Desert believes that as their team of local and international staff and volunteers fulfill the special Biblical command to love and serve the widow, the orphan, and the stranger in the land, that each act of love and service, in turn, helps usher in the restoration of the widowhood of Israel.

About the Leadership

Marianna Gol serves as administrator and director of Streams in the Negev. She grew up in St. Petersburg, Russia, but made aliyah and moved to Netanya, Israel, in 1997.
In 2004, the Lord began sharing His heart for widows and orphans with Marianna, and in 2007, after a move to Beer Sheva, Streams in the Negev was born and has grown steadily since.
When Marianna is not overseeing all aspects of practical operation, fundraising, and management of Streams in the Negev, she can be found working one-on-one with the women, participating in youth activities, or cooking fabulous, gourmet meals for staff gatherings.
